Board Information
Every 1st Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. there is a members’ consultation hour in the association office, continuously from March to December.

The water pipe will be on Saturday, April 22nd. employed in 2023!
The water and electricity meters will be on Saturday 04/22/2023 read in the TIME from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The meter readers are to be granted free access.
Every garden must be occupied during this time so that we can carry out work on the water pipe.
We expect that you or a person authorized by you are present in your allotment garden on this day.
Please reinsert your water meter properly in good time and close the outlet taps. Please observe whether there is uncontrolled leakage of water in your allotment garden or in the immediate vicinity (suspected pipe burst, missing water meter, outlet tap not closed) and report this to the management immediately.
Please refrain from filling the water tanks in your allotment garden on this day, so that any defects in the water supply network of our allotment garden can be identified and repaired more quickly.
If you own a water meter with an expired calibration time, you still have the opportunity to exchange it for a new water meter.
The garden friends, who, like every year, will read the water and electricity meters, will meet on April 22, 2023 at 7:50 a.m. in the clubhouse. There will be a short briefing and the meter lists will be received.

The sealing of a newly installed e-counter is only done by the garden enthusiast Schulze (parc. 164) carried out.
Please contact him if necessary.
If you try to manipulate the power supply, criminal charges will be filed immediately.
On request, work service electricity can be made available at short notice during the day after prior consultation with the electricity manager.
